The portfolio should be performing FIRST LIENS OR MORTGAGES OR CONTRACTS.  Although we do purchase some second mortgages or other liens, we would not be able to handle multiple numbers of these. 

Please submit multiple Notes, Contracts for Deed, Land Contracts, Mortgages or Deeds of Trust (portfolios) for sale as an attachment in Excel Format via e-mail to:
